The hotel was in a very quiet area away from the noise heard all night from the next room, but the breakfast was lovely. I can say the staff, food, and service were excellent, really outdoing some five-star hotels I've been to recently, though some aspects need more thought.
The hotel is a mix of pros and cons. The rooms are comfortable and clean but lack some extras like a biscuit or a variety of teas. Unfortunately, the noise levels from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, and the location across from the main reception can be inconvenient. On the bright side, the service is exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some delays in the dining experience.
The hotel had excellent staff, food, and service, but the room was very noisy at night. The breakfast was lovely, but the room lacked soundproofing. Overall, a mixed experience with great service and disappointing room quality.
